Thank
you for choosing Starr Quality Home Inspections. A
thorough home inspection is vital to the successful sale
or purchase of a home. Our commitment is to provide
every client, Best-in-Class customer service,
satisfaction, and education. When we say,
"Best-in-Class," we mean it; our unbiased,
comprehensive Inspection Reports are easy to read and
simple to understand. Our clients see a clear picture of
the home's current condition. Photos (including thermal
imaging, when applicable)
show key areas that may need attention.
One of the ways we guarantee complete customer
satisfaction is to invite clients to accompany us.
If for any reason a client is not satisfied upon
completion of the inspection and onsite report, we will
make it right. I am happy to answer questions before,
during and after each inspection.
Best-in-Class customer service includes an
inspection in which our clients can be confident.
I am licensed and insured in Washington State,
certified by the American Home Inspector Training
Institute ("AHIT"), and a member in good
standing with the International Association of Certified
Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).

Buying or Selling:
Whether you
are buying or selling a home, it is important to ensure
the home is in move in ready condition. As a buyer,
excitement and apprehension can cause you to overlook
important details of a home that could cost you more money
after the purchase. As a seller, avoid lengthy closing date
delays by having your home inspected by us before it is listed. A
Pre-Listing home inspection allows the homeowner to make
necessary repairs that enhance the property listing and
inform prospective buyers that your home is move-in ready.
Call us today to schedule your Best-In-Class home inspection
with onsite reports.

New Home Owners:
We
recommend a follow-up inspection before your New
Home Warranty expires.
Avoid unexpected
repairs after your new home warranty expires. Our
inspection of your new home before the warranty
expires helps minimize any out-of-pocket repair
costs. Call us to schedule an inspection two months
before warranty expiration, and you can present our
detailed inspection report to your builder for any
necessary repairs.

Thermal Imaging:
Thermal
imaging reveals what your eyes normally cannot see.
It identifies damp areas, electrical hot spots,
activity inside the walls, and more. In this image
below, you can see the dark purple in the middle
shows water damage, the roof had a small leak, that
was caught during a homeowner
inspection before the damage was too extensive.
